Afiq Akmal holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), graduating in 2015. He is a Project Manager and Designer with over 10 years of experience in the architecture, design and construction industry. His experience covers architectural design, project coordination, project management, consultancy and construction-related works across various types of projects.
Role & Focus
As a Designer and Project Manager, he focuses on design development, project management, client coordination and statutory submission processes. He works closely with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities to ensure projects are well coordinated from design development through to implementation.
Approach
With a combination of design experience and hands-on project management knowledge, he brings a practical and solution-oriented approach to each project, with emphasis on functionality, technical coordination, project requirements and client objectives.
At Artech Design Studio
Through his collaboration with Artech Design Studio, Afiq contributes his experience in design and project management to support the studio’s project delivery, while fostering a collaborative approach with clients, consultants and industry partners to achieve effective and well-considered design outcomes.
