He is a Professional Engineer (Electrical) with Practising Certificate, an ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer, and a Professional Technologist (Green Technology). He is also registered as a Registered Energy Manager Type 2 and a Registered Energy Auditor with Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
At Artech Design Studio
As advisor to Artech Design Studio on data centre projects, he oversees the full project lifecycle: land assessment, and technical and environmental due diligence to identify site suitability risks and development constraints, through to compliance with Propco requirements, DCTF standards and the CRESS Programme.
He plans all core utilities — power, water, captive gas plant and connectivity — and manages authority approvals, engineering coordination, and overall development planning for efficient, compliant and sustainable facilities.
