Mohd Hasnizam Bin Hj Hamadion

He graduated with Honours in Architecture from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in 2011 and subsequently obtained his Master’s Degree in Architecture from UiTM in 2014. His academic foundation, combined with extensive professional exposure, has shaped a multidisciplinary approach to architectural design, engineering, project delivery and built-environment development.

He commenced his professional career with B-Lee Architect, where he gained hands-on experience in architectural design, contractual administration, technical documentation and site operations. He subsequently broadened his professional expertise through his role as Project Manager at Tractus Sdn. Bhd., developing strong capabilities in project coordination, management and delivery.

His professional journey continued with Pakalan Reka Arkitek Sdn. Bhd., where he was exposed to increasingly complex building projects and advanced architectural practices, including Green Building Technology and sustainable design principles. These experiences further strengthened his capabilities in conceptual development, design management, technical coordination and statutory compliance.

Following the completion of his Part II architectural qualification, he joined SC Leow Architects, where he further developed his professional expertise across the full scope of architectural practice. His responsibilities and experience encompassed architectural design, project management, statutory requirements, professional regulations and coordination with multidisciplinary consultants and industry stakeholders.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in projects across various stages of development, from project inception, feasibility and conceptual planning through design development, statutory submissions, construction coordination and project completion. His ability to bridge architectural design with project management enables him to provide a comprehensive perspective on project strategy, technical requirements, construction processes and overall project delivery.

Driven by a strong commitment to architecture and the development of better built environments, he established Akitekhas Design Studio in 2013, assuming the role of Managing Director. In 2017, he expanded the practice through the establishment of Artech Design Studio, creating a broader professional platform to undertake a wider range of projects and provide integrated consultancy services.

Under his leadership, the practice continues to embrace a multidisciplinary and integrated approach, bringing together expertise across architecture, interior design, project management, town planning, land surveying, civil and structural engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, quantity surveying and landscape design.

His leadership philosophy is centred on professional integrity, design excellence, technical competency, strategic project management and long-term value creation. He believes that successful projects are achieved through the integration of strong design thinking, sound technical expertise, effective collaboration and disciplined project execution.

His vision is to establish a trusted and forward-looking professional consultancy capable of delivering comprehensive, innovative and sustainable solutions for the built environment, while creating spaces and developments that enhance quality of life and deliver lasting value to clients, communities and future generations.

He is professionally affiliated with the Board of Architects Malaysia (LAM), Malaysian Institute of Architects (PAM) and Board of Technologists Malaysia (MBOT).
